RE: [Maine-birds] Botanical id help?

I think the first is a mock-orange variety, but it is very small on my screen.

The second one is bush-honeysuckle, Diervilla lonicera.  It is in the honeysuckle family but is not a true honeysuckle found in the genus Lonicera.

Note that the species name is lonicera, the genus for the 'true' honeysuckles.

Just wondering if anyone could identify these two plants from these photos. The first with the upright cluster of blossoms has a very sweet fragrance almost like honey. The blossoms are more cream than white with four petals. The leaves are toothed, two per node, dull and rough. The plant is about 4 ft. tall growing under a tree in mixed light.

The second plant is also growing in filtered sun/shade. The few "berries" tend to be under the leaves.

I would really appreciate any clues.

Thanks,
