Yesterday, in Camden, I stopped to watch the house sparrows that flock around the thorny hedges in the park across from the library.
I was a bit surprised to see two brown-headed cowbirds hanging out with and acting like the sparrows. Considering their reproduction nature, is it possible that they may have been raised by the sparrows?
Cheers,
Dave
