There is what appears to be a tundra swan at the tell Pelreco building on Scarborough Marsh. The bird is solid white with a tannish neck and head. The bill appears to be solid black with no hint of orange. The neck is very straight without the S curve of a mute. It is straight out, at the far edge directly across from the parking area as of 10:30 a.m.
