[Maine-birds] Sidney/Waterville kestrel

First kestrel of the year today—but not the ones at my house. This one was flicking its tail on West River Road right on the Waterville city line. I'm impatiently waiting for our neighborhood kestrels. The box is refurbished for year 2.
