[Maine-birds] Harp Shinned Hawk ??

I'm guessing this is a Sharp Shinned Hawk, too small for a Coopers Hawk, which I've seen around Biddeford Pool before.  Taken on Fortunes Rocks Road just south of Bridge Road (4/44/4044) in the last light of the setting sun
