Bradbury Mountain State Park
Pownal, Maine, USA
(No count conducted today)
Weather:
It was a raw wet spring day today. The heaviest showers passed through this morning, but intermittent light rain, mist and drizzle hung on for most of the day. Each thought of heading up the mountain was met rather quickly with a deterioration in weather conditions.
Raptor Observations:
Non-raptor Observations:
Predictions:
We shouldn't be contending with rain tomorrow, but it will still be overcast to mostly cloudy with winds stubbornly easterly. A northeast wind is supposed to shift to southeast by the afternoon, so we shall see. Birds will need to move after 2 days of stalled migration.
