Never noticed one here before, nor ever expected one. We live in the woods, though there are many clear cuts nearby. It's been around four days now, successfully handling lousy weather and foraging in what little bare ground there is. It has found shelled seed we've put out but prefers foraging in the ground. Birds of Maine leads me to believe I shouldn't be as surprised as I am.
