[Maine-birds] STELLER’S SEA-EAGLE...?

I don't want to be that person to raise a false alarm..but a friend was sitting on his porch

in West Boothbay Harbor  - swears it was the STSE startling him at eye level with the Giant Beak. I questioned TV and he said NO. It was headed to West Harbor Pond. I am not on FB but wanted to share the possibility.
