Bradbury Mountain State Park
Pownal, Maine, USA
(No count conducted today)
Weather:
The predicted storm was and still is a doozy. Rain turned to heavy snow which is still coming down at 2:30pm EDT. Trees are bent into the shape of the St Louis Arch, if they haven't snapped completely, and power is out for many. I'm typing from a parking lot with a sketchy cell signal. I traded my binoculars for a chainsaw and shovel today. No count was conducted due to poor conditions.
Raptor Observations:
Non-raptor Observations:
Feeders have been fun to watch
Predictions:
Tomorrow doesn't look great either. More high winds from the NW with some more snow in the morning changing to rain. I'm not sure we'll be up there.
