[Maine-birds] Helping a new subscriber to the listserv?

Hi all - would someone be willing to reply off-list with advice (or a link) on how to subscribe to this listserv? I've been in the group for so many years that I've forgotten how, and I have a friend or two who want to get in. Many thanks in advance.
