From the Oak Pt Rd in Trenton:
On March 7, I saw my FOY tufted titmouse at my feeders but it wasn't until today that I saw him with his mate. They were together all day. And another pleasant surprise. I've had a male cardinal all winter but not spotted a female here until today.
I heard a Northern Flicker in my neighbors' woods. Maybe I'll see it tomorrow?
Other birds spotted here today:
goldfinches 9
purple finches 5
juncoes 6
song sparrows 2
chickadees 7
blue jays 3
crows 4
mourning doves 2
hairy woodpecker 1
downy woodpecker 2
red breasted nuthatch 1
white breasted nuthatch 1
