As occurs each April, a sizeable flock of ducks is feeding in a corn stubble field just north of Beth's Farm on Western Road in Warren. Perhaps 500 birds: mallards, blacks and easily 30+ wood ducks were present this early morning. Typically the wood duck phase lasts a very few days before that population moves on. The ducks also sit in the small farm pond behind the field area.
