For the last 2 days I have had 4 Fox Sparrows at my feeders joined by 2 Song Sparrows 3 White Throated Sparrows and some Tree Sparrows still hanging on to winter, no Chippers yet however. The male Red-Bellied Woodpecker is still coming daily.2 Brown Creepers still hitting the suet tree. Had a pair of House Finches lately also, not a common feeder bird for me. 3 days ago I had a Winter Wren singing up a storm in the thicket out back. And what looked like what would be a good winter for Red-Breasted Nuthatches here ended up being a disappointment as they showed up in the fall and never returned all winter. Got my FOY Osprey in Bath yesterday and the Peregrine was sitting atop the Bath bridge.
