[Maine-birds] gull with white wing tag

I've forgotten which gull study was using white wing tags. This morning I found a herring gull with a white tag, but wasn't able to read the number before it flew. I'll try to spot him again in a cow pasture off RTE 1 in Rockport where a club of gulls frequently hangs out.
