Good afternoon,
My elderly parents (90 and 87) are celebrating their 65th anniversary
late next month and want to celebrate with a road trip along the coast,
starting down east (Machias or there-abouts) on a lobster boat that
offers day trips for off-shore birding when not in service lobstering.
Please help me with recommendations of tour boat operators, especially
those that will be respectful of the ages of their clients. Neither
parent requires any assistance of any kind. Let's just say they're not
as fast or as sure-footed as they used to be. They live in Kokadjo
(first stop north of Greenville) and want to start the trip down east.
The Machias area seems far enough to drive on their first day (at least
to me it does).
Please reply off-line as I realize this is a bit off topic.
Also, many thanks to those of you who helped me choose a pair of bins for
them a couple of years ago. They have been put to good use.
Thanking you in advance,
Chris Roberts
