[Maine-birds] Long Island

Rather than counting votes ,I did an informal Sat/Sun. Bird variety count.
Downy Woodpecker
Red Bellied Woodpecker
Red breasted Nuthatch
Whit breasted Nuthatch
White throat sparrow
Dove
Bluejay
Chickadee
Junco
House Finch
Goldfinch
Crow Red
Red Tail Hawk
American Surf Scotter
Long tail
Common Merganser
Hooded Merganser
Loon
Herring Gull
Cormorant
Black Duck

Eider
Bufflehead

Although they are around, I could not find an Eagle,mallard or a Cardinal.
Hooded my first on Long Island
