The PINK-FOOTED GOOSE was seen along Belvedere Road in Damariscotta and may have actually been yesterday, 22 December.
I'll post any more helpful information that comes available.
Good birding,

This was shared on the MAINE Birds Facebook group earlier today: http://tinyurl.com/ld8g372Hopefully more information will surface but I'd recommend birders check fields around Salt Bay. There was a bizarre (late) record from Great Salt Bay Farm Wildlife Preserve (http://ebird.org/ebird/hotspot/L1565544) on 25 May 2013. Also, reviewing local places that Canada Geese have been reported could help narrow down your search: http://tinyurl.com/ovf3bkuThis would represent the 8th Pink-footed Goose report for Maine (http://tinyurl.com/nn3brql) and I strongly encourage any observers to please submit a report to the Maine Bird Records Committee.
