[Maine-birds] Barred Owl

Returning from a drive up the coast, which included a stop to snap a pix of the continuing Pink-footed Goose in Nobleboro, we found this guy hunting from the wires 200 yards north of the junction of Mere Point and Rossmore Rd in Brunswick, ME  

My experience is that Barred Owls (pics attached) often use the same hunting perches, and may be viewed there on multiple days.  Good luck if you go!
