Out behind the Flood Brothers Farm on top of a telephone pole by the liquid manure pit was a Snowy Owl. This bird was counted as part of the Waterville CBC and observed by Louis Bevier, Wally, Trevor, Don Lima, and myself. The bird was first spotted around 1:30pm today and was very cooperative.
