Greetings, birding friends! Walking with my dog this AM on Willard Beach, we blundered into an on-the-move Snowy Owl. It flew in off the bay and landed briefly on some granite rubble at the far north end of the beach, just below the Ft. Preble ramparts. After a minute or two it moved on towards Spring Point. The tide was well out so we scuttled over the rocks and out to the breakwater but couldn't relocate it.
Count week bird in the count circle!
Peace & good birding,
