[Maine-birds] Snowy Owl at Biddeford Pool.

Turning left onto Mile Stretch Road heading towards the East Point Sanctuary, follow the line of houses and just after the last house on the left before the large gap before the ice cream shop there is a driftwood stump out towards the pool. The bird was on this stump and I was able to view it for about 15-20 minutes while it preened itself (pictures to follow). Pointed it out to others in the area who had seen 4 or 5 Snowy's in the last 4 days I think. Glad to help them keep the string going. Beautiful bird, bout half and half white to brown so it looked darker with the snow falling. Was still there after we toured the point quickly about 15 minutes later.

Enjoy!
