Kayaking on Burton Mill Stream this afternoon revealed 4 tree swallows, 6+ palm warblers, a yellow-rumped warbler, a pair of hooded mergansers, 8 mallards, all overseen by 6 turkey vultures. Heard the bittern, but he wasn't showing himself today.
