[Maine-birds] northern waterthrush at evergreen cemetery

Erring on the side of greater probability, I'm calling it northern rather than Louisiana. In the streambed that leaves the main pond in the direction of the junk pond. Close to the bridge that connects the two trails flanking the stream.
I staked out the area for about 45 minutes after first spotting it. It granted two photo ops, but alas twigs or shadows obstructed diagnostic parts in all photos and it didn't show up for the third appt. At intervals of about 20 minutes it would come up to lower level branches and give bright pronounced chip notes. No song. It must know it's here in advance of all potential mates.
Northern most likely, but it felt different.
