[Maine-birds] Hairy Woodpecker fledgling

I'm observing something I'd never seen before: a male Hairy Woodpecker is pecking away at a lump of suet at the feeder, and stuffing it into the mouth of a ravenous young Hairy nearby.  The youngster is larger than the father.  Cool.
