[Maine-birds] This Week's Highlights and Monhegan Weekend triplist and report, 5/26-6/3

Hi all,
I spent a long weekend (Friday through Monday) on Monhegan, first with a tour and the Birds on Tap - Monhegan! event followed bya  day on our own. We finished with 98 species, including 20 species of warblers and a few minor rarities. My blog, with photos and daily checklists can be seen here:

Meanwhile, a few other observations of note from the mainland this week included:
- 1 Olive-sided Flycatcher, Evergreen Cemetery, Portland, 5/31 (with Jeannette).
- 18 Black Scoters and 37 Surf Scoters, Simpson's Point, Brunswick, 6/3.
- 4 Eastern Whip-poor-wills, Kennebunk Plains, before the fog rolled in, 6/3 (with Phil McCormack).
