Hi all-
A Dickcissel and an Orange-crowned Warbler were highlights of a working-lunch (I swear!) walk around Gilsland Farm this afternoon. The Dickcissel was feeding with White-crowned and other sparrows at the Big Sit site at the water edge in the North Meadow.
The Orange-crowned Warbler was in a loose mixed flock that also included yellow Palm Warblers flitting around at the edge of the edge of the peony beds and the gardens between the main parking lot and the buildings.
Good birding!
Nick
