Comments: Hawk watch. Strong north wind 20 to 30 MPH. Gusting higher?? Partly cloudy. Only about 6 hawks flew over mountain. Most were eye level and all close to mountain. About 40 degrees

Gray-cheeked Thrush 1 Rare. Late. Just saw HETH a minute before for comparison. Gray face. Back grayish, very light grayish coloration over all. No reddish coloration to back plumage. Did not see the front, it was facing away and turned its head to look at me.
