Re: [Maine-birds] An Immature Great Black Hawk made an appearance at the Eastern Promenade around 3:10 this afternoon

Great Black Hawk was not seen around the Loring Memorial or Mid-slope Trail as of 6:30pm. There was a lot of black to look at, just no Great or Hawk, yet...

Anyone with more information feel free to reach out. I'll be starting a search tomorrow morning around 6:30am at the Loring memorial and then down the Mid-slope Trail if anyone wants to join. Look for the bearded hipster with the binoculars and that'll be me.

Best,

Ian

Probably the same bird that was down in Biddeford earlier, the hawk was near the Loring Memorial, being harassed by 2 crows
