Fox sparrow on Lower Dedham Rd. in Holden this afternoon, hanging with the juncos. He sported such a bright rusty color that he was almost red, depending on the light at the moment. Since he sat still for some time, I was able to capture his photo, which can be seen at http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellenrc/. Now that I've finally figured out how to share, I'll periodically add more to the album.
