[Maine-birds] Golden eagle mile 178 along I-95

Hi,

I was driving downeast Sat morning and passed an adult golden eagle soaring fairly low next to the road.  It was a quite a surprise as I was on my way to a location in Washington County to count eagles on a project I am working on.  Unfortunately, as I have aged, I am not as bold about instantly pulling off the road quickly with two 16-wheelers directly behind me.

Good birding.
