[Maine-birds] hermit thrush in Camden

Awoke at 5;30 to the first hermit thrush song of the spring here--very glad to welcome him/her back. Wood thrush soon, I hope!

Be still, and the world is bound to turn herself inside out to entertain you. Everywhere you look, joyful noise is clanging to drown out quiet desperation.
