[Maine-birds] New Yard birds, Bangor

I was pleased to see my first Common Redpolls at my feeder today.  My advertising must be working.  I haven't had any, ever, even through this winter's irruption.

I also had a pair of Goldfinches today, with the male looking nearly summer-yellow.

There are Juncoes everywhere the last few days, along with Chipping Sparrows, Mourning Doves, Cardinals, House Finches in pairs, Titmice, and I clearly heard a Phoebe in the yard but could not see it.  And I have my own personal Mockingbird, who shows up every morning, picks at the seeds on the ground, and seems to be watching the starlings hang upside down on the suet feeder.  Some day he may try it.
