[Maine-birds] FOY Least Flycatcher and a few FOY warblers

It wasn’t rocket science to see last night’s weather and suspect that this morning would be a good one. It’s noisy today at Log Cabin chez Duchesne on the north side of Pushaw Lake in Hudson.

FOY: Least Flycatcher, Black-throated Green Warbler, and Ovenbird…and the number of B&W Warblers and Parulas has increased fourfold. One Nashville Warbler heard and one Yellow Warbler is still present after arriving three days ago. The woodpeckers are going nuts – all of them loud and responding to each other. Interestingly, a pair of Barred Owls continues to duel at about 4:30 every afternoon.
