Derek’s post about a strong migration, at least in southern Maine, prompted me to head out this morning with Ed Hawkes. Walking around Acadia National Park’s Sieur de Monts Spring area, we had large numbers of three species of warblers: Black-throated Green, Yellow-rumped, and Black-and-white and smaller numbers of Pine and Ovenbird.
