Saw my first Blackburnian early this afternoon! Absolutely gorgeous, omg. Also in the mix way up in the tree tops, a Chestnut-sided and a Black-throated Green. Been hearing my resident Pine Warbler all spring but still can't see it. I have a small woodlot with not a lot of sky between the red oaks. Saw the warblers from my 3rd floor balcony ;-).
Had a pair of Catbirds splashing in my new bird bath on Sunday last. Goldfinches drinking there - I have lots of them and Chipping Sparrows galore. BH Cowbird pair still here as well the regulars. Had RT Hummers week before last and last week one buzzed by my pink sun visor. Lots of hits on the one feeder, but haven't spotted any lately.
