[Maine-birds] Cuckoos on the move?

I found good numbers of land birds on an early morning walk in Unity/Thorndike today.  Most notable were two YB Cuckoos, particularly because I have never had the species on this route.  Both birds were calling and over two miles apart.  To see if I was dreaming, I taped the second bird which came right in for a fine look.  Also notable has been a Cliff Swallow movement the last two days in the area.

Good birding,
tom
