Heavy rain and thick fog, together with consideration for the seabird colony have curtailed any real hunting today so nothing further on the T. Puffin.
However I've noted various posts about sighting records.
As best I know, there are 4 previous records for the Atlantic ocean.
One each in GREENLAND and GREAT BRITIAN in 2009 and suspected to be the same bird.
One in SWEDEN in 1995.
One in MAINE, a bird shot by a fisherman in the winter of 1831/32 and reported by Audubon. Some aspects of that report are a bit vague but it sounds like a legitimate report.
