At last ! My cardinal pair is at the feeder with three offspring! Not fuzzy babies--- teenage punks with spiked Mohawks, but still twittering and begging to be fed. Isn't it kind of late in the year? Was there probably an earlier brood that either died or I just missed?
How can I keep them happy enough to stay all winter?
