[Maine-birds] Snowy Owl on Cadillac Mt.

I have a second-hand report of a Snowy Owl at the summit of Cadillac Mt. Be advised that although the park Loop road is open the road to the summit of Cadillac is closed. The reporter had bicycled up the mountain.
