[Maine-birds] Snowy Owl breeding grounds report.

Hi all,

Project Snowstorm reports on what appears to be another good breeding season for Snowy Owls in the High Arctic. Whether or not this year's "echo flight" will rival last year's historic irruption, it should still be a good winter for Snowies in Maine.
