[Maine-birds] Pemaquid Lighthouse - some land birds

I birded a limited general area near the lighthouse this morning, covering some bushy sections that were sheltered from wind. Conditions were brisk!
Highlights included a hermit thrush and gray catbird behind the art gallery building at lighthouse parking lot. On the dirt loop road north of Seagull Shop & Restaurant, a Carolina wren with a mix of sparrows, cardinals, chickadees, kinglets, etc. Best bird was a yellow-breasted chat at north end of the loop road. I spent roughly a half hour trying unsuccessfully for a photo. Twice the chat surfaced from the thicket to grab a quick winterberry, but stayed low otherwise. This dirt stretch is often a good place to look for chat during fall and winter. The house large next to Seagull Shop maintains several active feeders.
