Two rough-legged hawks ( one light- and one dark-phase bird) were cruising together above Carry Hill summit this afternoon. The dark bird's plumage was striking. Also a late Harrier, an adult Bald Eagle and Northern Ravens.
On the drive over to Clarry, I observed 4 more pintails in the cattail pond across from Beth's Farm store.
