I was at Biddeford Pool today for several hours and spotted geese that kept flying into the air and settling back down. A circling eagle seemed to be the cause.

As I was watching with bins at Hatties this was occurring and the shot across the channel. I noticed a goose amongst the Canadas that was different and stayed slightly separate from them.

It looks a lot like a Barnacle Goose. The size and seems a touch big as it was same as Canadas, feet were orange/yellowish and the bill a touch to long. Other markings seem right and it was much darker than the Canadas.
Is this a hybrid?
