[Maine-birds] Ring-necked Duck Yarmouth

There is a Ring-necked Duck along with all Hooded, Common and RB Mergansers, Common Goldeneye at Yarmouth Lower Falls Landing/Yankee Marina right now.  The Ring-necked is hanging near shore at Lower Falls Landing, while the mergansers etc. are further downstream at Yankee Marina.
