[Maine-birds] Robins ?

The swarming Robins came back again at the same time today. (around 4:00PM)

They just swarm around for a half hour or so. When they land, they do not seem interested in eating. Is this unusual behavior? What on earth are they doing? Yesterday I must have had close to 1,000. I  stayed inside today, so I didn't count, but I assume the numbers were similar. I was able to turn one of them into a Cedar Waxwing this time.
