Aprox. 2:15 this afternoon a Barred Owl flew through the woods,crossing Frenchman's Hill Rd. in our Town Hill subdivision. I wasn't able to get a photo, although it stopped on a tree branch to peer at us for a minute.
-- Around !:30 we saw half a dozen (probably more) Dark-eyed Juncos in a weedy patch on Rt 3 in Otter Creek, and on a post in that same patch, a lone Song Sparrow.
