Using eBird.org's "Explore Hotspots" feature (http://ebird.org/ebird/hotspots) is a great way to find a lot of the locations mentioned on this listserv. 

Here is the hotspot for the Saco River Trail: http://ebird.org/ebird/hotspot/L1820663

Most birders park in the lot at the end of Front Street where there are about 10 spots (for trailers). The hillside there can be very productive but most of the late warblers have been along the "magical hillside" which you can access by walking east, and following the fence around the water treatment facility there. Note: birders should NOT enter the water treatment facility.
