[Maine-birds] EURASIAN WIGEON continues-Tenants Harbor, 1.14.18

Swung by Tenants Harbor this afternoon around 2:00 to look for the drake EURASIAN WIGEON first reported by Gail Presley last week. Checked out Ripley Creek, just past the fire station. I was fortunate to run into Jay Pendleton there with his scope. Such a treat to see such a beautiful duck so well for a few minutes before he (the duck) paddled back downstream toward the harbor. Thank you, Jay, for re-locating the bird and sharing your scope!

On my drive there and back I also spotted four different Red-tailed Hawks.
