[Maine-birds] Red-winged Blackbird in Wells

I flushed a female red-winged blackbird from leaf litter along the edge of Skinner Mill Road in Wells, near its junction with Laudholm Farm Road, early this afternoon. Bird surprise of the year so far.

Had two Carolina wrens singing simultaneously in Berwick this morning. That was a pick-me-up.
