Re: [Maine-birds] an FYI: Changes to Migratory Bird Treaty Act

Thank you J. for bringing this to our attention! Change.org springs immediately to mind as a first-line option of defense against this unwise reversal of long-standing policy.
In short, the site is a platform for creating online petitions to address pressing issues. I am going to investigate this and start something moving. Why does the name Zinke keep 
popping up in our consciousness in these ominous ways?
